1. “The Role Model” Bayley won the Women’s Royal Rumble Match.
2. Undisputed WWE Universal Champion: “The Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns defeated “The Megastar” LA Knight, “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles, and “The Viper” Randy Orton in a Fatal 4-Way Match to retain the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.
3. WWE United States Champion: “The Maverick” Logan Paul defeated “The Prize Fighter” Kevin Owens to retain the WWE United States Championship via a disqualification when the referee caught Owens with a pair of brass knuckles that originally entered the match via A-Town Down Under (Austin Theory & Grayson Waller).
4. For the second year in a row, “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes won the Men’s Royal Rumble Match.
